The staff were exceptional courteous and extremely helpful, especially Risa Cheon and Lien Han. Risa personally took us to the convenient store next door to purchase and top up the transport T-card as the old couple who own the store speak not much English. As it was drizzling when we were about to venture out, Risa kindly offered us two umbrellas to use. After checking out, Lien helped us to order a taxi on her phone. Taxi fare from the Incheon airport to the hotel was about 67,000 WON (we arrived at about 11pm). The hotel is very conveniently located. Entrance to the metro station is literally 1 minute from the hotel front door. Bus stop is about 5 minutes walk. There are numerous convenient stores (one is just next door) and restaurants. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, huge bath tubs, free 2 bottles of water in the fridge everyday. Nice fluffy big bath towels (two other accommodations which I had stayed in this country offered "hand" towel as bath towel. It is a great location for first timer and also re-visiting tourist in Seoul. I would book this hotel again. Information below is irrelevant to the hotel review but is included for reference only by first timer-:- We had 3 full days in Seoul, and topped up 20,000 WON on the T-card. Travelled a lot on the trains and buses and still had about 7,000 WON credit left on the card to be used in Busan.

The location of the hotel was amazing. You step out of the subway station and it's right there + it's the subway station exit with an elevator so luggage is no issue. We arrived very early in the morning but it was no issue to leave our suitcases at the hotel already until check-in so we could easily meet up with friends without having to drag it with us. Check-In was very easy and the staff was very friendly and responsive. We asked for late Check-Out which wasn't an issue (but comes with a fee) and after Check-Out we were once again allowed to leave our luggage and pick it up later without any problem as our flight was late in the evening. The room was perfect, the view was apparently one of the not so good ones according to our booking but it was still amazing and you could see namsan and the city skyline, absolutely stunning! The bathroom was clean and had everything one could need including shampoo, conditoner and shower gel. There is a free water refill station in the basement floor located next to the (very small) gym.

It’s very beautiful. We had one of the rooms that had a bath; every day after walking the city we’d get snacks from the convenience store (next door) and soak our feet and look out over the city. The bed was comfortable, the bidet was a nice touch, Double sinks, plenty of room for storage. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The location is perfect as there’s a subway stop just outside the front door, and Ubers around the city only cost around £3/4. We didn’t eat in the hotel but the tea and coffee was good. And the KFC next door had the biggest portions I’ve ever seen. Having ice/microwave/water downstairs along with the gym and laundry area was a helpful bonus too.

The location is great. There is a subway (line4) in front of the hotel. It’s very convenient to travel in Seoul by subway and bus. Besides there are a heap of convenience store and coffee shop around the hotel even Olive Young. Everything in needed is around the hotel I traveled from Busan and arrived at the hotel before check in time (around 1:30 pm). I told the staff that I can wait at the reception area until the check in time because I was so tried. I waited around 30 min. The staff told me that the room was ready and they allowed me to check in before that time. That’s so nice.

The staff was very welcoming and took the initiative to try to switch to the language which I might find it more comfortable. The charging cable and adapter were available for rental which saved my life. The staffs were also very helpful when it came to restaurants/take-away shop recommendations. Liked the plastic slippers and big bathroom in the room, even though I did not have much time to enjoy it. The toilet was with automatic flushing function which was very fancy. The location of the hotel was very nice as it only took less than 10 mins to get to the Seoul Station.
